With over 23 years of experience in higher education, my leadership focuses on building sustainable ecosystems for the performing arts. As the former Chair of the Performing Arts Department at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2021-2024), I oversaw the management of four undergraduate majors and two Master’s programs.

  • Key Milestones:

    Kaylla Journal: Founded the first peer-reviewed academic journal for performing arts at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) to bridge the gap between artistic practice and scholarly research.

    CEDARES: Established the Center for Documentation and Research in Performing Arts.

    Curriculum Reform: Led the design and implementation of the 2020 competency-based curriculum for the B.A. in Dance.
